With the holiday season in full swing, there’s a certain energy in the air—one of warmth, celebration, and togetherness. As someone who is Jewish and celebrates Hanukkah, my traditions may differ from the Christmas festivities that surround me, but I’ve always appreciated the spirit that comes with this time of year.
There’s something special about the way people come together, whether it’s through holiday lights, festive music, or simply making time for loved ones. Regardless of what we celebrate, the season is a reminder to slow down, connect, and share in a collective sense of joy.
No matter what traditions we follow, the holidays are about finding light—both literally and figuratively. And that’s something worth celebrating.
